We are glad you are here and chose us for your storage or parking needs. Following are a few items that we feel are important to ensure a smooth relationship during the time you are our customer. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to give Jennifer a call.
Storage Unit Renters:
Rent - Due the 1st of each month, lockout and late fee may happen any time after the 5th. If you gave us an email address, you will receive an invoice each month. You may pay the invoice online with a debit or credit card, or send a check or money order to the above address. If you don’t give an email, it is your responsibility to remember to pay rent each month without reminder.
Lock. Your unit must be locked anytime you are not accessing it, even when empty. We recommend the sturdy round locks with short hasps.
Gate hours. Open 7am until 9pm
Please regularly open your unit. Units are not climate controlled. With Virginia humidity and temperature swings, mold and mildew can occur if units aren’t regularly aired.
Keep your contact information updated. If your address, email address, or phone number change, please update our records. If your rent goes unpaid and we cannot reach you, you risk having your unit auctioned. It is important that we are able to reach you and send notices.
Parking Spot Renters:

Lock up. Please lock all doors, hitches, and any other places where it would enhance your security.
Keep your DMV registration and safety inspections current. Augusta County has issued us a special use permit to park vehicles outdoors. They are serious about this requirement and do make checks. Please don’t let this lapse. If our permit is threatened due to tenant negligence, that tenant will be asked to leave.
